You can spend as much or as little time as you want on it. I recommend 1-2 hours a day minimum if you're serious about growing your business. The daily checklist lays out which tasks you can skip on days when time is more limited. You can split your time up into small increments throughout the day (take your phone on your bathroom breaks) if that suits your schedule best.

The speed of your results is directly impacted by the amount of action you take.
